Our money-back guarantee is a promise about our fee, not about your outcome. On an amendment, we refund your service fee if the amendment is not approved. On a contested citation, we refund it if we obtain no result at all. Either way that is a commercial commitment, and it should not be read as a prediction that your case will succeed.
